Our juices and smoothies last for 48 hours. However, we advise to consume them in the first 24 hours after being produced to guarantee their freshness and to preserve all the nutrients. That is why they must be picked up every day in our shops.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be aware that the Liquid Detox program should only be followed by healthy people without any intolerance to the ingredients that are used in it (fruits, vegetables and superfoods). It shouldn’t be done by people who are pregnant or suffers from hypoglycemia, diabetes or are recovering from a surgery. In case of any doubt please contact your doctor.

Any of our programs can be done from 1 up to 5 days. If it the first time you are doing a detox program we advise you to start with a 3 days program. After that , you can do it just for 1 day as a maintenance program

A Detox program should be done , preferably during a period of no stress so you can have time for yourself, taking advantage from all the benefits of the program.
Two or three days before you start the program you should do the following:
– Drink enough water
– Reduce or stop coffee
– At dinner replace Carbohydrates by vegetables
– Avoid processed foods
– Stop drinking alcohol and smoke
