YOGA AN INNER PATH
When someone comes to a yoga class for the first time, they come because they want to change something in their life. Yoga changes the way we see life, it helps us get to know ourselves better, awakening and revealing our truest side. It is liberating, energizing, calming and is based on self-knowledge, compassion, empathy, generosity, truth, sensitivity and love for others
Whether through asanas or learning from its ancient philosophy, yoga teaches us to live a truer life by giving us the awareness that we are all connected and part of a whole.
It creates space in the body, releases tension, improves energy flow, prevents injuries, increases longevity, gives strength and flexibility. It brings mental clarity and helps us to be better people and make the world a better place.
COME PRACTICE WITH ME!
I teach Hatha YOGA and YIN Yoga to women over 45.
These classes focus on body alignment, inner connection, the flow of internal energy, but also on a positive attitude towards life, self-knowledge and human values (Karma Yoga).
In my yoga classes you will learn to align your body, to go through the practice in a sustainable way while respecting your body and its limitations, to gain good posture, to unblock any tensions, to live in happy harmony with life and its flow, to open your heart and awaken to the revelation of your truest side.
Come practice with me to unplug, move your body, breathe, and enter into this state of balance and connection.
